DEPOSITS. A tuition deposit, equal to that of the monthly tuition charge, IS DUE PRIOR TO ENROLLMENT. This deposit serves as a space reservation and commitment to enroll, and shall be refunded at the end of the school year, or credited towards the last month’s tuition; less any outstanding payments or fees still obligated to the school. If the child should withdraw prior to the stated start-up day of the school year; or withdraw during the academic year, a minimum of 21 Business DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE must be given to the school in order to receive a full refund or credit; less any outstanding fees or monies. Any verbal notice shall NOT CONSTITUTE AS BEING ACCEPTABLE. Otherwise, only a partial refund or credit will be issued if such notice is given outside of what is stated. Determination of the exact amount of a refund or credit will be subject to the sole discretion of the preschool and shall be final.
EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS FEE. A $ 50-$95 educational materials fee is also charged and applied towards the cost of art and educational materials used throughout the school year. This fee is non-refundable and shall be due upon notice of your child’s acceptance. Your child will also receive a school logo t-shirt that can be worn on field trips only. If the t-shirt is lost, there will be a $12.00 replacement fee, pending our supply on hand.
DUE DATES AND LATE CHARGES. The parent/guardian agrees to pay the monthly tuition for the session (full, extended, or pate-time) that their child is enrolled in. THE TUITION SHALL BE DUE ON THE 1ST SCHOOL DAY OF EACH MONTH, AND NOT PAYABLE AFTER THE 15TH. Any payments not paid when due shall accrue interest at 18% per annum; or $5 per school day; whichever is greater, from the date the payment is due until it has been paid in FULL. The parent also agrees to pay the school an additional $25 for any check that is returned to us by the bank, due to insufficient funds, account closure, etc. Late charges could be charged accordingly until the check clears. All payments that are received by the school shall be applied to the outstanding interest and other charges due, and then to tuition payments accordingly. ANY OUTSTANDING CHARGES DUE TO THE SCHOOL AT THE END OF THE SESSION, AND/OR NOT PAID BY THE PARENT/GUARDIAN OF THE CHILD WILL BE SUBJECT TO LEGAL COLLECTIVE ACTION AFTER NOTICE IS GIVEN THEREOF.
NO REDUCTION. The tuition fee is based on a full school year and is a prorated annual charge. It will not be reduced for days missed due to illness, injury, vacation, or holidays. Once enrolled, the parent or guardian is unconditionally obligated to make the payment. Please note that no refunds will be issued once the class has commenced.
Late Pick up Please pick up your child on time. There will be a late fee charge at $1/minute.
