Student School Pickup & Walking Agreement

                                     San Francisco Chinese Academy/Mei Jia Mandarin Program
For students enrolled in our after-school Mandarin program who need pickup from designated schools, Mei Jia teachers will pick up the students directly from their school and walk them to the Mei Jia Mandarin classroom. 
To help ensure a safe and organized transition from school to our program, we ask parents/guardians to carefully review and sign this agreement.
